Innovation Garage
From innovation prototyping to a minimum viable product.
Build a prototype with us to prove your concept in less than 12 weeks.
Select an innovation area that is relevant to your clients and adds value to your business. The goal is to advance a core business capability and to accelerate product development.
Build an innovation garage team by bringing together business stakeholders, design, technology and subject matter experts to co-develop product ideas. The team generates ideas based on internal and external insights and ensures that each idea has commercial staying power and can be developed quickly.
Decide which ideas should advance to the prototyping phase, remain on hold, or be dropped. Assign a product owner to steer each idea through the remaining stages.
Create a prototype within 12 weeks, pushing for a minimum viable product. Product features are developed in rapid design and test cycles with feedback from relevant stakeholders.
If the prototype provides a proof of concept, i.e. it is feasible and provides business value, develop the product for a pilot launch to get client feedback and refine the product.
