InCube supported the bank to develop a new structured advisory process compliant with MiFID/FIDLEG requirements. We assumed responsibility for overall project management and performed requirements engineering for a regulatory compliant advisory process. We have develepod bank directives and guidelines for the new advisory process and supported the bank in the change process.

InCube supported a Swiss D-SIB in the design of an appropriate IT architecture that fulfills the BCBS 239 regulatory requirements. We designed the risk analytics and aggregation framework, improved the data quality framework and designed an analytics look-through that allowed for end-to-end data lineage in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

Implementation of Basel III Liquidity Risk Regulation
InCube assisted the client in the design and implementation of liquidity risk control frameworks compliant with the qualitative requirements of the Basel III regulation (FINMA). We performed gap and impact analyses (taking into account the proportionality principle), implemented adequate governance structures, designed and implemented liquidity risk monitoring and stress testing capabilities and developed liquidity risk contingency plans.

Implementation of Solvency II Framework
InCube assisted in the development of a complete Solvency II framework, including testing, documentation and training of staff. After a requirements analysis and specifications phase we implemented and integrated a Solvency II Standard Formula application (Pillar 1). We established Solvency II governance standards, including policies and organizational structures (Pillar 2) and implemented SFCR, RSR, QRT and NST reports (Pillar 3).
